Virtual walkthroughs may be offered for better clarity, laying the foundation for the entire project.
Conceptual Design Confirmation & 3D Rendering
Once the conceptual design is approved, we move forward with detailed 3D renderings. This provides a realistic view of the final design. We also recommend laser measuring or using architectural plans for accuracy, collaborating with contractors to ensure a high-standard setup.
Final Design & Detailed Cost Estimation
After confirming the design, we provide a final solution along with a detailed cost estimate, covering all products and services. This ensures transparency and allows the client to make informed decisions based on their budget and investment.
Procurement & Product Implementation
Once the design is approved, we assist clients in sourcing furniture, lighting, and other interior elements, partnering with top suppliers. Clients can also opt for us to handle the procurement process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
Technical Drawings & Execution
We create detailed 3D technical drawings to guide the on-site team and ensure the design is executed precisely. Our use of advanced 3D tools ensures clarity and accuracy, collaborating with trusted contractors and architects to guarantee flawless implementation.
Finalization, Reporting & Project Documentation
At the end of each phase, we provide detailed reports and documentation to ensure full transparency. Upon project completion, we deliver final documentation for the client and contractors, ensuring the design is executed as envisioned, with no complications.
